Disclaimers
1. General Service Disclaimer
All prices listed are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, additional revisions, and specific client requirements. A detailed quote will be provided before work commences.
2. Payment Terms Disclaimer
A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment must be made within 7 days of invoice issuance. Late payments may incur a 5% late fee per week.
3. Revision & Change Request Disclaimer
Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $40 per hour. Major design changes outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote.
4. Copyright & Usage Disclaimer
Final designs provided to the client are for personal/business use only. Copyright ownership is transferred to the client upon full payment. However, I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid drafts and concepts remain my intellectual property.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional fees may apply for work completed beyond the deposit amount. No refunds will be issued once final files are delivered.
6. Rush Order Disclaimer
Rush projects (required within 48 hours) will incur a 50% urgency fee. Weekend or after-hours work will be charged at double the standard rate.
7. Printing & Production Disclaimer
I am not responsible for any printing errors, colour variations, or production issues. It is the client’s responsibility to proofread and approve final files before sending them to print.
8. Stock Images & Fonts Disclaimer
Any third-party assets (stock images, premium fonts, or licensed elements) required for the project will be purchased at the client’s expense. Free alternatives will be used whenever possible.
9. File Delivery Disclaimer
Final design files will be provided in standard formats (e.g., PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI/PSD upon request). Editable source files are not included unless specified in the project scope.
